Frances Josephine Marrs married W.C. Neppach on August 18, 1888 at the Rectory of St. Pauls Church, Marion Co., Oregon. (Ref. Marion Co., Mrge. records Book 5, page 523) "Frannie" married Robert J. Lutke on January 13, 1915 at King Co., Washington #kingcoarchmc49630.

Oregon City Pioneer Dies
Mrs. Frannie Lutke, pioneer resident of Oregon City, died suddenly at her home, 1417 twelfth street, Thursday morning and the remains were taken to Holman & Hankins
Funeral Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
The deceased a daughter of the late Samuel and Rebecca Marrs, was born in Oregon City and had spent her entire life here and in Portland. Her husband, Robert passed away some time ago.
She is survived by one brother, Charles Marrs, Seattle; five sisters, Mrs. Sarah Jane Curry, Mrs. Lulu Whitman, Mrs. Martha Berry, and Mrs. Lucinda Smith, all of Oregon City, and Mrs. Georgia Henry, Estacada.

Many friends of Mrs. Frannie Lutke, who died here suddenly Thursday, were held at the Holman & Hankins Chapel Saturday morning. Rev. A. J. Mockford, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, officiated. The soloist was Mrs. Wilbur S. Warren, and internment was in Mountain View Cemetery. There were many beautiful floral tributes.
Pallbearers were Edwin Whiteman, Ayron, Charles, Warren, Luther, and Ernest Curry,
nephews.

Death of W. C. NEPPECH
Mr. W. C. Neppach, formerly in the drug business in this city, died at Oakland, Cal., yesterday after a lingering illness of about four year's illness duration.
During the past three years deceased had been living in Denver and Southern California, in vain search for health. The end came unexpectedly. Mrs. Neppach came to Portland about two weeks ago on business, and received the news of her husband's death while here. She left for Oakland last evening to bring the remains here for burial. deceased leaves a number of brothers in this city. His father came here 25 years ago.
