Ann was born on June 19, 1958, in Gunnison Utah. She is the daughter of Charles Jay, Loretta Davidson Nielson. She was a lifelong resident of Gunnison and a graduate of Gunnison Valley High School in 1976.
Ann married Jerry Jackson on September 26, 1980. Jerry has been a dedicated, kind, and patient husband and caretaker, as Ann's heath has continued to deteriorate.
Ann is survived by her husband Jerry, her mother Loretta, both of Gunnison and her brother Jeffery Lynn Nielson of Mount Pleasant. She is proceeded in death by her father Jay Nielson.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Gunnison 5th LDS ward chapel in Centerfield. Interment will be in the Centerfield City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina Utah.
