COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Frank R. Worsham, 58, of Cookeville, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 21, from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery, with full military honors.

Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m.

Mr. Worsham died on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2000, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He was born on March 10, 1941, in Winnfield, La. to the late Finos and Velva Daigre Worsham. Mr. Worsham was retired from the Navy and Neilson Molding.

His family includes his wife, Shirley Worsham of Cookeville; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Suzanne Worsham of Georgia; two sisters, Gay Baker of Louisiana and Gloria Dunn of Arkansas; three brothers, Charles, John and Robert Worsham, all of Louisiana; a grandson, Andrew Charles Worsham of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital by contacting the funeral home. A military chaplain will officiate at the services.
