NORTH OGDEN--- David Russell Turner, 53, of 321 E. 3100 N., died Saturday, April 16th, 1988 as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born Aug. 7, 1934, in Ogden, a son of Percy William and Frances R. Brooks Turner.

On Feb. 12, 1960, he married DaLone Jensen in Brigham City.

He was a member of the North Ogden LDS 7th Ward.

He served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict.

He was a member of the American Legion and former president of Toastmasters.

Surviving are his widow of North Ogden, one son and three daughters, Carl David Turner, North Ogden; Mrs. Lyle (Mechelle "Cricket") Parry, Farmington; Mrs. Blake (Terri) Hancock, Plain City; Cydney Turner, North Ogden, three grandchildren.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Bertha) Johnson, Shingle Springs, Calif.; Mrs. Edward J. (Lorraine) Dombrowski, Sunset; Mrs. Maxine Smith, Ogden.

Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 845 Washington Blvd., with Kenneth O. Dean of the North Ogden 7th Ward bishopric officiating.

The family will meet friends at the mortuary on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, North Ogden Cemetery.
