Through Irene's father, Irene's children are descendants of Rev. John Robinson (1576-1625) and Bridget White, late of Leiden, Holland. Rev. Robinson was the pastor at Leiden of the core Pilgrims who sailed in 1620 aboard the Mayflower and founded the Plymouth Colony. Through Irene's mother, Irene's children are descendants of Gov. William Bradford of the 1620 Mayflower and Plymouth Colony.
