Her father died when she was 7 and mother died when she was 9. She was raised by Harriet Elvira Wright Felker and William Franklin Felker, who are buried in the same cemetery as she. She had an adopted sister with whom she was raised, Annie Ree Felker.

BOONEVILLE – Margaret Bolian Sartin, 90, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2005, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. She was born Feb. 15, 1915, in Summit to the late William and Elizabeth Criswell Bolian. She married Earl T. “Rob” Sartin on March 24, 1934; he preceded her in death. She was a member of the Booneville Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and quilting.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at the McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister J.A. Thornton and Minister Ronnie Sartin officiating. Burial will follow in the Booneville Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Ann Sanders and husband, Gary, of Booneville; three sons and their wives, Ronnie and Polly Sartin of Monticello, Ky., and Robert Earl and Frankie Sartin, and Billy and Marlene Sartin, all of Booneville; a sister, Ruby Bennett of Gainesville, Ga.; two brothers, Charlie Bolian of Summit and Julius McCoy of Booneville; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a sister, Fannie Porter; five brothers, Douglas Bolian, Eugene Bolian, Joe Bolian, Walter McCutchen and Daniel Marks; a grandchild, Belinda Sartin.
Visitation will continue until service time today.
