. Will
I, Micager Hamilton of the Township of Soldier in the County of Jackson and State of Kansas (formerly of Richland, Pulaski County, Mo.), being of full age of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made:
It is my will that Mary E. Hamilton, my wife, shall have the use of any property that I may leave at my death during her natural life time and that her debts and funeral expenses as well as those of my own be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as shall be convenient after any death, and I hereby verify a certain deed dated the 18th. day of June 1912, conveying lots 5, 6 and 7 in block 2 of Logan & Friends, addition to Soldier, Kansas to Emma and Jacob Pyne in consideration of the Grantees providing for myself and my wife a home and board during our natural lives, and I now ratify said conveyance, they having fulfilled their part of the trust:
I give and devise to my grandchild (by the adoption of his mother) Artie Micager Cooper, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, ($200.) to be paid to him when he arrives at the age of twenty one years, and I hereby nominate my son in law, Jacob W. Pyne to be his guardian, and direct him to hold said sum of money in trust until the minor becomes of age:
I direct that all the residue of my estate of every kind be converted into cash and divided equally, share and share alike between my daughters, Rosa Cooper, Margaret Smith and Emma Pyne and my sons James Hamilton and John Hamilton, to be paid to them as soon after the death of my wife should she survive me and if I survive her, then after my death as can be conveniently done:
I, hereby nominate and appoint F. M. Wilson, of Soldier, Kansas to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I, the said Micager Hamilton have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 21st day of June, 1912.
