Carol Sue Walker, 62, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 25, 2008.

Mrs. Walker was born on September 16, 1946, in Coffee County, Alabama. She was employed by Houston County Board of Elections as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Georgia Elections Officials Association and Voter Registrars Association of Georgia. She was a long-time member of Northside Baptist Church. Her mother, Louise Carnley Kendrick, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of forty-four and one-half years, Eddie Walker; father, Wiley Kendrick, Elba, Alabama; daughter, Carol "Trycie" Walker Brown (Ronny), Kathleen, Georgia; daughter, Michele Walker Arnold (Jerry), Tobaccoville, North Carolina; son, Heath Walker (Dana), Bonaire, Georgia; and daughter, Nicole Walker Hanson (Greg), Haddock, Georgia; sisters, Janice Fagiano, Watkinsville, Georgia, and Joyce Mock, Bonaire, Georgia; grandchildren, Ian and Chad Brown; Courtney, Megan, Jared and Lauren Berry; Kalie, Kara and Kenley Walker; Kayla and Chance Kelley; and Hunter and Jackson Hanson; and a great-grandchild, Scarlett Pruitt.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 26, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Randy Toms officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
