Mr. Wiley Kendrick, 91 of Elba, AL, died on Monday, September 7, 2009 after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be 11 am, Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Ino Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Winstead officiating. Burial will follow in the Ino church cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. Mr. Kendrick will lie in state at the church one hour prior to funeral time. Visitation for the Kendrick family will be Wednesday, September 9, 2009 from 5pm until 7pm.

Mr. Kendrick was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Carnley Kendrick, a daughter, Sue Walker, two sisters, Eva Terry and Estelle Kendrick and a brother, Clarence Kendrick.

Survivors include his wife, Zelma Kendrick, Elba, AL; two daughters, Janice Fagiano, Watkinsville, GA and Joyce K. Mock, Kathleen, GA; two sisters, Ella Holloway, Columbus, GA and Ethel Johnson, Elba, AL; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
