The Butt family departed from Stettin Germany on the ship Polynesia and arrived in New York, April 27, 1891. Carl Bull age 55 (18/Sep/1835 - 56 yrs); Caroline age 52 ( ? ); August age 18 (15/Aug/1872 - 19 yrs), Wilhelm age 16 (22/Dec/1877 - 14 yrs); Auguste age 20 (26/May/1870 - 21 yrs). Like Franz Butt someone forgot to cross the "t's". Like census the calculation of the age is sometimes off a year or 2. This is the right people, in the right family, at the right time.
