Funeral services for Theo Wesley Calvin, 71, retired farmer who made his home in Athens, were conducted Saturday afternoon at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial was in the Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Calvin died early Friday morning of a heart attack.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Clara Adkins Calvin; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Fusch, Athens, and Mrs. Frances White, Gulf Shores, Ala.; four sons, Theo Calvin Jr., Athens, Coach Tom Calvin, Sylacauga, Dr. Ed Calvin, Albertville, and Joe Calvin, Fort Hood, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Ed Blackburn and Miss Floy Calvin, both of Athens; two brothers, Earl Calvin, Nashville, and Bob Calvin, Athens.
Married Clara Pearl Adkins, March 12, 1916.
