Funeral services for Theo Wesley Calvin Jr., age 92, of Athens, AL, will be Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Athens with Rev. Dr. Michael Bush officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Calvin passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the Floyd E. "Tut" Fann Home.
He was born September 8, 1922 in Limestone County, AL, to Theo Wesley Calvin Sr. and Clara Adkins Calvin.
He worked at Monsanto Co. in Decatur, AL, for several years. He was a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Dorothy Fusch and Frances White, and one brother, Joe Calvin.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia S. Calvin; two brothers, Tom Calvin and Ed Calvin; and several nieces and nephews.
