JENA – Services for Billy Bell will be at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Hixson Bros. with the Revs. P.A. Paul and Johnny Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
Bell, 78, of Jena died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, 1993, in LaSalle General Hospital.
He was a self-employed seller of lawnmower and small engine equipment.
Survivors include his wife, Lena Maye McClure Bell of Jena; two daughters, Billie Swire of Jena and Sandra Sue Louis of Lake Charles; one sister, Sadie Poole of Jena; three brothers, Rayford Bell of Alabama and O.G. Bell and Beverly Bell, both of Jena; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 8 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Marlan Bell, Irvin Bell, Cleveland Poole, Doyle Poole, Terry Fontenot and J.W. Crooks.
