Wife of Adelbert Keeney, they married on Sept 29, 1912 in Osceola.

She was the mother of Edith (Bartlett), Ethel (Byrnes), Clinton, Clayton & Glenn Keeney.

She'd been in ill health for many years.

Funeral services for Mrs.Elizabeth (Stuper) Keeney, aged 49 years, wife of Adelbert Keeney, were held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edgar Durst and from Redfield Community Church on Tuesday afternoon May 9, 1944, Rev. Charles Ripley
officiating, burial in Redfield cemetery. Bearers were Messrs. Win. Aloan, Clarence Durst, Harry McGaw, Alan Perry, Dean Williams and Harry Crow.

Mrs. Keeney's death occured on Saturday night, at St. Joseph's hospital, Syracuse. She was taken there early in the week, following a long illness at the home of her daughter here. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Stuper and is survived by her husband, another daughter Mrs. Edith Bartlett, and three sons PFC. Clayton Keeney of South Carolina, PFC. Clinton Keeney of Utah, and Glen Keeney still at home, also two grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Henry Lago, one brother William Stuper. Through the Red Cross both soldier sons arrived here before their mother's death.
