BERTHA CRITSER DIES AT HOSPITAL

LAPEL - Mrs. Bertha L. Critser, 79, 314 S. East St., Winchester, formerly of Lapel and Indianapolis, died at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Randolph County Hospital after a four day illness. She was born in Griffin, Ind. Her husband Ralph died in 1963.

Mrs. Critser was a Gold Star Mother, a member of the War Mothers and of the Lapel EUB Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Warren of Winchester; three brothers, Frank Herron of Columbus, Daniel Herron of Lapel and Wallace Herron of Anderson; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral rites will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Fisher Brothers Funeral Home in Lapel by the Rev. David Schrana, pastor of Mt. Zion Methodist Church. Burial will take place in the Brookside Cemetery.

Friends will be received after 3 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
