Chambers John Toy, 63, of Long Beach, Calif., formerly of Kittanning area, died at 5 a.m. today in his local hospital. Born Dec. 26, 1909 in West Kittanning, he was a son of Joseph and Lily (Frick) Toy. Surviving are his wife, Thelma (Jordan) Toy, also formerly of Kittanning; a daughter, Mildred Marlene, at home; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Shaffer of Kittanning RD 3; a brother, Robert J. of Kittanning RD 7; and a step-brother, Gilbert Ackard of Casselberry; Fla. TOY — Funeral arrangements for Chambers John Toy, who died Oct. 10, 1973, are incomplete. Date of burial in Montgomeryville Baptist Cemetery near Adrian, is undecided, family members announced.
