CAMBRIA WOMAN IS DEAD
Mrs. Celia Powers Aged 61, Dies at
Her Home from Erysipelas
Mrs. Celia E. Powers, aged 61 years, died yesterday morning at her home in Cambria township, five miles southwest of the city, after suffering for a week with erysipelas. Mrs. Powers was born in Cambria township the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Addison Bates and she had lived in the township all of her life.
Mrs. Powers' husband, Henry Powers, died ten years ago. She leaves six children, Rev. Marion C. Powers of Nebraska, and Otto C. , Helen E. Dunn, Paul E., Winn B. and harry H., all of Hillsdale, also two sisters, Mrs. O. H. Mack and Mrs. Libbie Dow.
Funeral services will be held at the house tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. J. B. Edmonson officiating and burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.
