Mrs. Jennie R. Bougher of Duncansville, R. D. I, died Saturday evening at 6.15 o'clock at her home after an extended illness. She was born March 4, 1868, near Mapleton, Huntingdon County, a daughter of Moses and Margaret J. (Long) Hardy.

She was married to Calvin Banks July 13, 1893. He preceded her in death. To this union were born three children, two of whom survive, Emory Banks of Delmar, Minn., and Mrs. Nora Shekoff of Mora, Minn. A son, Martin S. Banks, died in Altoona in March, 1946.

She was married in 1896 to Andrew Bougher at Mapleton and to this union the following children survive: Lloyd of Chicago, Ill., Harry of Hollidaysburg, Leonard of Altoona, Mrs. Marilla Flegal of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Blanche Clowson of Altoona, James of Duncansville, R. D., and Susannah of Altoona. Two sons, Clinton Henry and Ray Bougher,preceded her in death. A step-son, Mahlon Bougher of Hagerstown,
Md., also survives along with 44 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and these sisters: Mrs. Anna Estep of Mount Union, Mrs. Olive Dell of Yeagertown and Mrs. Maggie Fiddler of Philadelphia. A brother, John Hardy, died in 1944.

Friends are being received at the home.
