Elsie G. Edwards, 94, formerly of Robertsdale, died at 1:42 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at Manor Care Nursing Home, Chambersburg. Born Feb. 19, 1909, in Clay Twp., Huntingdon County, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Amanda (Masemore) Grissinger. She was united in marriage to Robert W. Edwards Dec. 6, 1930, in Huntingdon. Mr. Edwards preceded her in death March 31, 1975. During her life she was a homemaker and also worked as a coal miner for two years with her husband.
