JOHN H. LOY
ROMNEY -- John H. Loy, 57, of Wheeling, died Monday in a hospital there.
Born in Hampshire County, he was a son of the late David J. and Margaret Ann (Ganoe) Loy.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Betty Heilman, Mrs. Mary Kerns and Mrs. Genevieve Rine, all of Wheeling; a son, John D. Loy, Little Creek, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Hines, Romney; Mrs. Mary Barnes, Fort Ashby, and Mrs. Ethel Fonner, Washington, Pa.; four brothers, Arch E. and George W. Loy, both of Alexandria, Va.; Roy Loy, Augusta, and James S. Loy, Piedmont; nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body is at the Combs Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted there tomorrow at 11 a.m. by Rev. Norman Landis, pastor of Romney Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.
