Obituary: Mrs. Belle White, Widow of J.A. White, Dies At Her Home
Mrs. Belle Eugenia White, widow of John A. White, who died Oct. 7, 1937, died at her residence, 426 Pearl street Sunday afternoon. Mr. White was an employe of the city until a year or so before his death.
She had been a resident of Boulder for 3 years and was the mother of Mrs. Charles Casner of Boulder, Mrs. John Hurdle of Fort Collins, Norman R. White and Herbert White, both of Long Beach. Seven grandchildren and four great-granchildren also survive.
Mrs. White was born at Newport, Vermont, March 5, 1875. She was a member of the Christian church, of Royal Neighbors and American War Mothers.
Funeral services will be held at Howe's mortuary Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. C.S. Linkletter will officiate and the Royal Neighbors will give their ritualistic services at the graveside in Columbia cemetery.
A sister, Mrs. Catherine Augustus, who has been spending the winter in California, is en route to Boulder. The son, Norman White, is en route for the funeral. The daughter Mrs. Hurdle is here.
