George and his sister Mable both died of the 'Influenza Epidemic of 1918' which hit the Loveland area killing many in the spring of 1918.
The family, which came to America in 1913, also went by the name Heinbuchner, and Heinbigner in many documents available today.
George was the father of Jake, Esther, Elizabeth and Reinholt. George's wife Katherina Margreta later remarred Jacob Eckhardt and spent the rest of her life in the Culbertson, Nebraska area. She is buried with her second husband Jacob in the Riverview Cemetery, McCook, Nebraska.
George's father (George) and mother (Anna Katherine) Heimbigner are buried in the Lakeside Cemetery which is located next to the Loveland Burial Park in Loveland, Colorado.
