Died, at 12:10 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, March 3, 1915, at the residence in Dawson, of a complication of diseases. Walter W. Judd, aged 78 years, 6 months and 12 days. Decedent came to Illinois in 1867. He was a member of Company C, Seventieth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and Company, I, One-hundred and thirty-third Illinois Infantry, during the civil war. He was a member of Dawson Lodge No. 556, A. F. & A. M., Dawson Chapter No. 203, O. E. S.; Sampson Lodge Non. 885, I.O.O.F., and the M. E. church of Dawson.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eliza Judd, and two brothers, M. L. and A. V. Judd, both residing in Dawson. The funeral services will be held Friday morning. Burial will be in Mechanicsburg cemetery.

William Walter Judd was the son of Rezin Judd and Eve Shinkle. He married Eliza Ann Radcliff.
