Mrs. Isa M. Janes, 89, died early yesterday morning at her home, Waverly, Rt. 3, following an extended illness. She was born in Pleasants County, Feb. 3, 1868, daughter of the late Stillman and Jane Starr Sarber and was a lifelong resident of Waverly. She was a member of the Waverly Methodist Chruch and a member of the WSCS of that church. (unreadable part) Mrs. Harry Sweeney, Cleveland (unreadable part) one son, Charles Alhborn "Bus" Janes, Waverly Rt. 2; one brother, W.S. Sarber, Parkersburg, 11 Grandchildre and 10 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her first husband, Robert Ogdin and her second husband, John A. Janes, and one son, Walter. The body was taken to the Ogdin funeral home, where friends may call until the body is removed one hour before services which will be held at the Wavery Methodist church at 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Esker Groves and the Rev. Jack Higgins officiating. Burial will be in the K of P cemetery at Williamstown.
