Fowler Rites on Saturday
Jesse M. Fowler, 402 North Pleasant, Princeton, passed away Wednesday evening at the Perry Memorial Hospital. He was born June 29, 1896, in Hillsboro, Wis., the son of Burgess and Mary Burlin Fowler.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Norberg Memorial home, with the Rev. E. Cedric Pope officiating. Cremation will be at Oak Ridge Abbey, Hillside. Interment will be at the Rock Island National cemetery, Rock Island.
Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife, Ruth Phillips Fowler; one son, John P., at home; two daughters, Mrs. Roland (Mary) Hummer, Menton, Ohio; and Mrs. John (Nancy) Whittwer, Newhall, Calif.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Elgin B.; Warsaw, Wis., and Charles A., Sacramento, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. John Carson Grable, San Fransisco, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Wesley.
There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the Wisconsin Masonic home.
