March 29, 1994
Judie Marie Williams, age 52, our beloved and very special wife, mother and grandmother, passed away in her sleep on March 26, 1994 of natural causes due to emphysema. She resided at 4125 South 900 East in Millcreek Township, Utah at the time of her death.
Born October 27, 1941 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Married Cass Dee Williams in February of 1963.
Judie will be remembered by her many friends and family for the fun and laughter she brought into our lives. Armed with a magnetic personality and the ability to use it, she was always there to turn the gray skies blue.
In her short life God has tested her many times. Her ability to rise above these trials without losing faith and becoming bitter has helped to prepare her for a special calling in His kingdom. May we find comfort in this thought, as we try to fill the void her departure leaves.
Judie worked for Food Management, out of Uni-Sys, for the last three years. Prior to that she was with Marriot Host at the Salt Lake International Airport.
Survived by her husband, Cass; children, David Williams and Kelli McArthur; three grandchildren, Shaylyn McArthur, Joey Michael and Joshua; father, Harlan E. Hall; brothers and sisters, Nancy and Danny Shunk, Michael Hall, Pam and Timmy Shunk, Danny and Debbie Hall, Jeff and Kim Hall, Tammy and Rick Brown, Cindy and Eddie McCauley, all of Salt Lake; Patti and Kent Nelson, of Las Vegas; a very special friend, Pam Clipper; and in-laws, Josephine and James Surprise, Mary Ann and Jerry Schmidt, Robert and Claudia and Gary and Jenny Shunk, DeeAnn and Dennis Sargent, KC and Karen Williams, LeeAnn and Brent Hill Jr. and Debbie Williams, Stacy Williams and Ronnie Land. Preceded in death by son, Joey Michael Williams, a granddaughter, Elisha Geneva Williams; and her mother, Doris Marie Hall.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 31, 1994 at 2 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, where friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday one hour prior to the services.
