He is the son of James R. Williams (deceased) and Cloteel Eagan (deceased). Cass married Judie Marie B. Hall on 5 February 1963 (deceased). They had three children, Joey Michael (deceased), David Lee, and Kelly Ann; three grandchildren, Elisha Williams (deceased), Shay Lynn McArthur, Joey Mikesell; great-grandson, Taylor Claubaugh; great-granddaughter, Starlee Claubaugh. Cass is survived by his wife's parents, Harlen Hall (Ruth); loving brothers and sisters, Bobby Shunk (Claudia), Mary Ann Schmidt (Jerry), Gary Shunk (Jenny), Danny Shunk (Nancy), Timmy Shunk (Pamela), Diane Sargent, K.C. Williams (Karen), LeeAnn Hill, J. R. Williams (Debbie), Stacey Williams, Ronnie Land, Carol Norr, Billy Williams; and many nieces and nephews.
Cass was a great friend to all who knew him. When he noticed his friends being treated unjustly he did all he could to correct the problem. Cass had a great love for music.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Emerson Ward Chapel, 1700 South 1100 East.
