Mr. Barron had lived in Graham most of his life. He was a veteran of the US Army during World War I. Mr. Barron was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Survived by two daughters - Mrs. Irene Spearman and Mrs. Margaret Whitaker; one son - Roy Roley Barron, Jr; two sisters - Mrs. W.M. Slay and Mrs. Ben Upham; one brother - Will Barron.
