He is survived by his wife of the home, son Bill, wife Jean and daughter Kelsey Burkhart of Kinsley, Kansas; two daughters, Barb and husband Monty Bell of Lewis, Kansas; children Lance of Ottawa, Kansas and Aprilly Ann of Topeka, Kansas; and Becky and husband Mark Downey of Spearville, Kansas; two sisters, Nadine Farnam and husband Max of Ponca City, Oklahoma; Esther Knox of Tulsa, Oklahoma; a sister-in-law, Almeta Huntley Fortmeyer of Medford, Oklahoma; a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
