Ilene Cooley-Klein, age 86, of 7780 Olson Drive, Eau Claire, and formerly of Stanley passed away at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire on Tuesday, July 8, 2008.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 14, 2008, at Plombon Funeral Chapel in Stanley, with Pastor Brad Crocker officiating. Burial will follow in Edson Union Cemetery. Friends and family may call on Monday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to service time at the funeral chapel.

Ilene was born Aug. 27, 1921, in Stanley, the daughter of Horace and Alta (Lathrop) Wilbur.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Duden of Sparta; and son, Keith Cooley of Eau Claire; six grandchildren, Dean, Curt, Chad, Trista (Trevor) Zank, Jody (Missy) Henke, Jimmy (Jesse) Henke; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Lester Cooley and Harold Klein; three brothers; three sisters; and one grandson, Jeff Henke.
