==========
"Anton and his wife Christina Paschen are the oldest generation buried in this country, interred in Reynolds, ND. Anton and Christina had a large family but only two sons Mathew and John. Most of the Von Rueden's in the Reynolds area today descend from them as they and their parents settled the area. Many of their daughters left the area: Mary (originally called Franziska) Williams, Rochester, Gertrude Bonas, California, Etta "Agatha" Schulz, Seattle and Elizabeth Turk, Oklahoma City. Mary Elizabeth Dostert remained in ND. We don't know what happened to their sister Roseanna.

Anton's brothers were John Von Readen, Morgan, MN, Bernard and Joseph Von Ruden, Claremont, MN, and Martin Von Ruden who was in the Reynolds area for a time but is buried in Hinckley, MN." Contributed by Linda (Von Rueden) Troolin
