CAPLINGER
Mrs. Bertha Caplinger, 55, died at 10:50 o'clock Friday evening at her home at 1236 East Wayne street, following an illness of several months. Born at May Hill, OH, she resided here 15 years. Survivors include three sons, Harley of this city, Tonise of Bryan, O, and Howard Caplinger of Dayton, O., a daughter, Mrs. Irene Wilson of this city, a sister, Mrs. Catherine Vinsonhaler, living in California, and two brothers, Charles Stoops and David Stoops of this city. The body was removed to Mungovan & Sons funeral chapel.

Note: son Tonise was a.k.a. Thomas, son Howard was a.k.a. Jack. Bertha was actually 62 yrs. old at the time of her death, not age 55 as given in her obituary.
