Macomb, IL - Dorothy M. Cavett, 90, of Macomb, formerly of Colchester, passed away at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Wesley Village Health Care Center in Macomb.
She was born February 4, 1918 in Colchester, daughter of Frank Bliven and Rosalee Farmer Bliven. She married Richard A. Cavett on April 24, 1937 in Colchester. He preceded her in death in 2002.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Evelyn Schmidt.
She is survived by four sons, Larry (Cathy) Cavett, Carrol (Doris) Cavett, Dan (Cora) Cavett and David Cavett; a daughter, Barbara (Mike) Parker; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a great great-grandchild; a brother, Albert (Doris) Bliven; and a sister, Clara Lee Johnson.
Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery in Colchester.
