Gloria Alta Picchiottino was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Gloria was born on October 10, 1928 in Belmont Twp., Wisconsin, the daughter of Joseph and Rosa (Lutz) Picchiottino and has lived in the Grand Junction, MI area since 1952. Gloria was a long-time member at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bangor, where she shared her strong faith with others by teaching Sunday School for more than 25 years and actively participating in many church activities. She and her twin sister Goldie hosted many gatherings at "The Farm" that will be fondly remembered by family. Gloria enjoyed gardening and was a true caregiver, providing loving care to her parents and two of her siblings during their final years.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, twin sister Goldie, sister Rose Mary Werk, and brothers Paul, Wilfred, Allen, and David Picchiottino.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

The family will meet friends 11-12 Noon, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, where the funeral will be at 12:00 Noon with the Rev. Matthew Reis officiating. Interment will follow in Breedsville Cemetery, Columbia Township.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bangor, MI.
