Grace Hooks, 87, of Kittanning RD3 died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township. She was born May 3, 1916 to C.M. and Mabel (Lasher) Hooks. Miss Hooks was employed by Castle Rubber of East Butler. She was a member of Limestone/Reesedale Church of God, where she was a member of the women's society. Survivors include one sister, Janet Bosco of Rural Valley; two nephews; and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Morris Hooks and James R. Hooks. HOOKS - Friends of Grace Hooks, 87, of Kittanning RD3, who died Feb. 4, 2004, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Cowansville, and from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. at the Limestone/Reesdale Church of God with the church pastor, the Rev. Chris Murphy, officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery in Adrian. The family requests memorial contributions may be made to the Limestone/Reesdale Church of God Building Fund. Arrangements by Snyder-Crissman.
