Roy Eli Aytes, 64, of the Frankfort community, passed away Feb. 20, 2005. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Schubert Funeral Home of Wartburg, with the Rev. Bryant Padgett officiating. Interment will follow in Frankfort Cemetery. Mr. Aytes was born Jan. 3, 1941 in the Frankfort community, the son of Ronald and Rebecca (Potter) Aytes. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Blakely; and brother, Reed Aytes.
