Jay D. Aytes age 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home January 8, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Rebecca Aytes; granddaughter, Victoria Hensley; sister, Wanda Blakley; brothers, Leonard, Pete, Reed and Roy Aytes of Frankfort; nephews, Allen, John, Aaron, Jerry and Doug Aytes.
He is survived by his daughter, Marsha Hensley of Newport, TN; son, J.J Aytes; sisters, Mable Phillips of Lancing, Alice Herr of Plainsfield, MD and Gertrude Lowe of New Castle, IN; 3 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lillie Aytes of Frankfort and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will a graveside service Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Frankfort Cemetery with Bro. Bill Durham officiating.
