HARRIET FRANCES "Fannie" (CLAPP), b.5/2/1872, Greenbush (Scituate), MA, d.10/28/1913, Greenbush, MA, a daughter of Elijah Thomas Clapp and Ann Rosini (Clapp) Clapp of Greenbush, MA; Elijah and Ann were fourth cousins. On 6/17/1893 in Scituate, MA m: CHESTER RANDALL SHERMAN. They resided on Ford Place in Greenbush, where Chester was the railroad inspector, and by 1913 was appointed US Postmaster of the Greenbush Post Office. He also operated a candy store overlooking the Greenbush Pond. Chester and Harriet had an only son: William Tecumseh "Teke" Sherman).
