Mrs. Wilson died Friday, April 11, 2008, at Limestone Manor.She was born April 7, 1917, in Limestone County to Paul Gaston Black and Vona Belle Christopher Black. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Woodrow Wilson; her parents; four brothers; three sisters; and her granddaughter, Whitney Ann Wilson.She is survived by one son, John Paul Wilson and wife Cheryl of Athens; one daughter, Alice Jackson and husband Bill of Athens; and two grandsons, John Silvers Wilson II of Athens and Michael Paul Jackson of Madison.Pallbearers will be John Silvers Wilson II, Michael Paul Jackson, John "Buster" Craig, Larry Beasley, Jack Beasley and Morris Black.
