Marilyn received her education in Auburn schools and graduated from Edward Little High School. She was employed for many years as a Medical Technician for Marshwood Nursing Home and Victorian Villa Nursing Home. She was a founding member and the first President of the East Auburn Women's Auxiliary. She loved to alpine ski and she loved sports. She loved being with her family and her dogs!
Her spouse was Richard Patrick Duperey. She had two children, Michael and Patricia. Michael Duperey had one daughter, Laurie Duperey Barry. Patricia Duperey Leavitt had one daughter, Rebeccah Leavitt King.
