Dick and Mary had two children together, Michael Duperey and Patricia Duperey Leavitt. Dick and Mary divorced in 1971 and he married Claudia Conant Burgess Duperey on June 23, 1972. Dick and Claudia had one child together, Ann Duperey Petty.
Dick's son Michael married Debbie Bellemare Duperey and had one daughter, Laurie Duperey Barry, who married Joseph Barry and they had three children, Michael, Matthew and Kristen. Dick's daughter Patti married Ross Leavitt and had one daughter, Rebeccah Leavitt King, who married Austin King and they had one child, Bowen. Dick's daughter Ann married Sean Petty and they had two sons, Jadon and Cole.
Dick was a step father to Claudia's children, Carol Burgess and Daniel Burgess. Daniel's children are Taylor and Alex Burgess.
