She was born on August 27, 1932 at Washington, DC and was the daughter of the late Charles Ellis Bell Sr. and Marjorie Longerbeam Bell.
She was retired from Snider's Supermarket at Silver Spring, Md.
She is survived by one son, Charles Benjamin Bell and wife, Sharon of Harpers Ferry; three sisters, Shirley Gearing, Carol Mizerek and Thelma Kirk all of Bolivar; two grandchildren, Bridget Carioti and Tommy Bell both of Burtonsville, Md. and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by eight sisters and one brother.
