Ruth I. Hoover, 70 of Midland died Sunday, March 15, 1998 at her home.

The Daughter of the late Charles Ellis Bell Sr. and Marjorie Irene Longerbeam Bell was born January 27, 1928 in East Riverdale Maryland.
On December 15, 1948 She married Marvin C. Hoover in Washington DC.
Ruth was a member of the Sanford Eagles Lodge Aries 3677. She enjoyed playing cards and camping.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Marvin, are her children, Marjorie L. and Charles Church, Marvin jr. and Deb Hoover, Rick and Pat Hoover, Clyde and Susan Hoover and Terry Hoover all of Midland. Sisters Thelma Kirk, Shirley Gearing, Dorothy Bell and Carol Mizerek all of Harpers Ferry WV, Helen Wyndham of Orlando FL, and Clara Provost of Midland. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Charles E Bell, jr and sisters Virginia Bell and Louise Blasi.
