George Lasher, of Adrian, died suddenly while at work Tuesday morning, October 25, 1938, at 8:45 o'clock at the home of Mrs. A.B. Bowser of Washington Twp. He was aged 71 years. A complete obituary will be published later.

George Lasher, of Adrian, died suddenly while at work Tuesday, October 25, 1938 at 8:45 a.m. at the home of Mrs. A.B. Bowser, Washington township. He was 71 years old. Surviving are his wife Mary, three daughters, Mrs. Alda Forringer, Adrian; Mrs. David Serene, Ford City; and Mrs. William Skinner, Adrian; two sons, Audley Lasher, West Kittanning; and Thomas Lasher, of Adrian; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Stouffer and Mrs. Louis Lasher, of Adrian; R.D. 1; and one brother E.Z. Lasher of Cowansville. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the Montgomeryville Baptist church, of which he was a member for many years. Rev. Gilbert Heilman will officiate. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
