Mrs., Anna Pearl Lasher Elliott, 79, of 100 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, died at 10 p.m. Monday in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning. She was the widow of Samuel A. Elliott. A daughter of David J, and Catherine (Vensel) Bowser, she was born July 16, 1887 in Washington Township. Mrs. Elliott was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kittanning, the Ladies Bible Class the Willing Workers, the Ladies of Retirement Age (LORA) Club; and the Women's Republican Council. One daughter preceded her in death, in April of this year. Surviving are three sons, Kenneth J. Lasher of Sherwood Drive, Kittanning, Robert B. Lasher of Ridge Avenue, Kittanning and Donald C. Lasher of Franklin Ave., Kittanning; one sister, Mrs. James (Marie) White of 100 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning; and one brother, Calvin Bowser of Main St., Ford City. Also, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. ELLIOTT - Friends of Mrs. Anna Pearl Lasher Elliott of 100 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, died June 26, 1967, may call at Alonzo P. Merwin Funeral Home, Kittanning, after 7 this evening. Family will receive visitors from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (June 29) at the funeral home, by Dr. Robert H. Thurau, pastor of St John's Lutheran Church, Kittanning. Burial will be made in Limestone Cemetery. Arrangements by Merwin.
