Alois "Ace" Anton Arnold Sr., age 90 passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2023, surrounded by his children. Ace was born on October 11, 1932 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late John Michael Arnold and Anna Wacker Arnold.

He is also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Catherine Arnold; son, Alois "Tony" Anton Arnold, Jr.; grandson, Ryan Beauerle and his great-grandson, Andrew.

Ace was a strong and faithful Christian. He had a strong love and devotion to his Catholic faith and loved sharing the word of God. Ace was a man of his word and always lead by example, his family meant the world to him, and in return, Ace was gift to them that can never be replaced, he left a beautiful legacy, that will always be treasured.

Ace served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a foreman at Precision Tool and Die Company, retiring after 50 plus years of dedicated service. Ace enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all, cheering on his UK Wildcats, he was an avid UK fan!

Left to cherish the memory of Ace, are his three children, Diane Beauerle, Mary Lois Seng and Thomas "Tom" Arnold; siblings, Loretta Walkama, Victor Arnold, Charles Arnold; grandchildren, Chad Beauerle (Shannon), Reuben Seng, Samantha Seng, Amanda Sanders (Mark) and Christopher Arnold; great-grandchildren, Abby Beauerle, William Beauerle, Claire Beauerle, Asher Murphy, Aubrey Williams and Emersyn Sanders.

Visitation for Ace will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Church, 2042 Buechel Bank Rd, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, following mass, a bereavement meal will be held at the church.
