MATHIS, ANNA G., 95, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013.

She was a member of Good Shepherd Parish, a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary Shawnee American Legion Post 193 and a member of the 8 and 40 Club.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles L. Mathis Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Larry, John W. (Gayle) and Fred L. (Tina) Mathis; sisters, Loretta Walkama and Thelma Mills; brothers, John, Victor, Alois, Charlie and Frank Arnold; and grandchildren, Brittany and Andrew Mathis.

Her funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3511 Rudd Ave., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday and 2-8 p.m. Sunday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 West Market Street.
