Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, at a 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Scott, for Robert Stephen Guillet, dedicated husband, father, grandfather, loyal brother, and friend, who passed into eternal life on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at his home in Scott, Louisiana at the age of 61.

Entombment will be held in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Mausoleum in Scott.

Reverend Mathangi Suresh, Associate Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Scott will officiate at the services.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Stacey Guillet of Scott; three children, Robert (Elisia) Guillet, Jessica Guillet and Crystal (Joseph) Stevens; three grandchildren, Isaiah Stevens, Logan Stevens and Lita Guillet; his siblings, John (Carla) Guillet, Beth Guillet, Tommy (Carthy) Guillet, Carolyn (Tommy) Broussard, David Guillet and Ruth (Tim) Casey; and a loving extended family, and countless friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Patricia Guillet; one brother James Guillet; and one sister Pat Morgan.

Born on October 18th, 1961. At the age of 16 he began his journey in learning the ins and outs of building beautiful homes, a passion of his for over 30 years. On January 1, 2001, he was united in marriage to Stacey (Pellerin) Guillet. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, traveling, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his friends, family, and children. His greatest joy by far was his grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tony Bernard, John Guillet, Tommy Guillet, David Guillet, Robert Guillet, and Matt Speyrer.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tim Casey and Joseph Stevens.

A Rosary will be recited on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at 6:00 pm in Martin & Castille's Downtown Location, led by Brady LeBlanc.

The family requests that visitation be observed on Sunday, November 20, 2022, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and will continue on Monday from 8:00 am until time of services
