Mr. Ronnie Adams, age 69, of the Rock Springs Community, died Friday, November 11, 2022, at his home following an extended illness.  He was a native of Wheeler County and lived there until moving to Toombs County in 1980.  For many years, he worked with Cook & Company in Lumber City, which later became Americord.  Also, he worked in the family business, Ronnie's Restaurant in Uvalda and more recently was self-employed in lawn care.  He was a member of New Corinth Baptist Church and attended Cedar Crossing Baptist Church.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, and college football.  He is preceded in death by a son, Jason E. Adams; parents, Luther Adams and Maggie Eva Mercer Adams; and seven siblings, Geraldine Adams, Janice Nobles, Ted Adams, Jimmy Adams, Charles "Peanut" Adams, and Willard Adams.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, November 15th, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.  Burial will follow in Dead River Cemetery.
