Ted Wayne Adams, age 67, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Jeff Davis Hospital. Mr. Adams was born December 09, 1951 in Toombs County to the late Luther Adams and Eva Mercer Adams. He was retired from Beasley Forest Products and a member of Northgate Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Geraldine Adams, Wilbur Adams, Tony Adams, Willard Adams, and Charles (Peanut) Adams. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Adams of Hazlehurst; daughters, Scarlett Jones of Brooklet, Casey Varnadoe of Lumber City, Tiffany Cone and Kayla Cone of Hazlehurst; son, Cole Williams of Lumber City; two sisters, Glenda Cannon (John) of Hazlehurst and Janice Nobles (Freddie) of Alamo; brothers, Jimmy Adams (Sandra) of Lumber City and Ronnie Adams (Brenda) of Uvalda; ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survived. . Funeral Services were held Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Bryan Brazzell and Rev. Jinker Horton officiating. Interment was in the Dead River Cemetery in Montgomery County. The family may be contacted at the Adams residence, 48 Spotted Owl Trail, Hazlehurst. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
